What are you trying to save?
A movie, an app and a list backup are three different downloads. AndyDay’s My List saves the title you chose, not its video. The backup tool copies those choices as text. The catalogue does not provide movie files.
Prepare the viewing edition
Find your film, check the year and follow Watch now. If a listed service supports offline viewing for that edition, open its supported app on the device you will carry. Choose the audio and subtitles before downloading, then check that the transfer has finished.
For a programme such as The Summer I Turned Pretty or The Rookie, inspect the individual episodes in the app’s download area. An available series page is not evidence that a whole season is stored. Confirm the episodes you need rather than discovering the difference on the journey.
Keep the plan practical
Leave enough space for other files. A smaller quality setting can suit a phone and leave room for another episode. Start the saved video once before leaving, and read any expiry or renewal conditions attached to it. Those conditions belong to the viewing service.
