Separate the symptoms
A blank search result and a buffering video are not the same failure. Notice the page address and what remains usable. The homepage, artwork, saved-list storage and external player can each behave differently.
The title search is empty
Reset the filters and use a short, distinctive name. A movie-length filter can exclude television, and a recent season year may not match a show’s first release year. Try the original title or a credited actor when a remembered name is uncertain.
Posters are slow
Check whether text and links work. Artwork can arrive separately as you bring posters into view. Open the full title if you need its details before the image has loaded. One missing picture does not require deleting saved preferences.
The stream pauses or fails
Look at which service supplies the player. Pause background transfers and try its automatic or lower video-quality option. Test a short scene after one change. If that edition still fails, compare another available offer for the same film.
Your list looks different
Return to the browser profile where you saved it. Private windows and other devices keep separate storage. Restore a backup if you made one, and inspect the result before clearing anything else. The backup guide explains the recovery process.
