Choose the track, not just the title
The original language on AndyDay describes the production. The edition you open for viewing determines its available subtitles and audio. Check that menu before beginning, especially when several people need different language support.
Read the labels
A caption track may identify speakers and important sounds in addition to dialogue. A subtitle track may focus on spoken words. Audio description serves another need. Two English options are not necessarily duplicates, so choose the one that suits the way you want to watch.
Make the text fit your screen
Use subtitle size, contrast and background controls where the destination player provides them. On a phone, landscape orientation can make longer lines more comfortable. On television, check readability from the sofa rather than while standing beside the display.
Fix the timing carefully
Restart the scene or try another included track. A constant offset may respond to a small timing adjustment where offered. A delay that grows through the film can come from a different cut or edition. Changing picture resolution is not a language-track fix.
